2025 Giving Circle

The Southborough Village Society

Dear Neighbors,

Warm greetings from the Southborough Community House,

We hope you’ve had a chance to join us at 28 Main Street for some of our favorite traditions: the annual Easter Egg Hunt, Heritage Day festivities, The Southborough Gardeners’ spring plant sale, or Santa’s special visit to Southborough.

We’re reaching out now to ask for your continued support. As you may know, the Community House is not publicly funded through taxes. It is a private, civic organization that thrives only through the generosity of residents like you. Our mission has always been to provide instruction, education and encouragement to the people of Southborough by offering a beautiful meeting space to local individuals, families and organizations.

Thanks to your support, since 1922 we’ve remained a welcoming gathering place for everything from civic meetings to family celebrations. We host baby showers, milestone birthday celebrations, and even memorials. We are honored to serve the community in so many meaningful ways.

Like any home, the Community House requires constant upkeep. Yet, that is not the end of the expenses we need to meet to continue to uphold our charter to serve this community. In addition to routine maintenance, we have exciting plans for the coming year to update our website and improve access with a modern on-line booking system. Our goal, as always, is to make the space even more inviting.

If you are able, we would be deeply grateful for your support. Your tax-deductible donation – no matter the amount – helps us keep the doors open and lights on, so that Southborough residents can continue to gather face-to-face, the old-fashioned way. We invite you to or visit our website to make a gift online through our Donor Page at southboroughcommunityhouse.org/donate

We hope to see you at a Community House event sometime soon!

With appreciation,

Bea Ginga, Caretaker
